I work best with clients who are curious about their inner world and the ways past experiences live in the body and mind. You may be managing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or anger, and want to move from feeling stuck to feeling whole. I also work with couples, drawing on my marriage and family therapy background to help partners see how inner patterns and shared dynamics shape their relationship.
