My work is rooted in an existential approach, which focuses on how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the life you’re trying to build. In addition to managing symptoms, we will look at patterns, choices, and sources of meaning that often sit beneath anxiety, depression, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.
