Hello, I am a therapist in Des Moines working with with children, teenage girls, and women in my practice. I see many children for issues related to ADHD, anxiety, and behavioral issues. I enjoy working with teenage girls and helping to address ways to improve their self-esteem. I also enjoy helping women who struggle with social anxiety and provide help for depression that can be related to relationships, work, or parenting issues. I believe therapy is about finding a balance in your life and that it starts with recognizing who you are and being in relationships that support that.
