I help men let go of problematic attachments, navigate relationships, and manage challenging mental-health symptoms. My work focuses on developing insight, improving communication, and enhancing overall quality of life. Mindfulness is a central part of the therapeutic process and is integrated throughout our work together. My primary specialties include relationships, communication skills, anxiety management, and substance use and addiction issues. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients develop deeper self-understanding and more intentional ways of relating to themselves and others.
