Trauma, PTSD, or LGBTQ+ identity can leave you feeling unsafe, split between identities, and unsure who to trust. You might wrestle with memories that surface unexpectedly, shame from spiritual or relationship wounds, or a cycle of coping that numbs pain but deepens isolation. Therapy can help you make sense of what happened and find healthier, achievable ways to cope. In session, my work taking into account the whole person from neurodiversity to LGBTQ exploration in doing so I provide a queer-affirming, person-centered space to process painful memories, rebuild trust, and practice tools that reduce overwhelm.
