I'm a mental health therapist who assists people to feel better and function more effectively in their lives. My skills cultivate the intrinsic, lasting mental health that is in each person. I also help people resolve psychological trauma so that it no longer negatively affects their life. I lean toward methods like mindfullness based stress reduction and acceptance and commitment therapy to cultivate innate mental health in each client. I also use Somatic Experiencing and EMDR to resolve trauma. I expect you will find our relationship together to have unconditional positive regard, openness, curiosity, wisdom and compassion. I'm seated to work with a broad range of psychological issues, from anxiety and depression to grief and loss, from existential dilemmas to family related issues and more.
