When working with children and adolescents, I specialize in anxiety, building coping and interpersonal skills, and healing through traumatic or confusing times and events. With Highly Sensitive People, I specialize in helping understand their world and how to interact with it, and provide tools to take their unique strengths and qualities for self-actualization.
