Come see me for a mind-body-spirit reset. My approach to wellness will help you process emotions & thrive. We heal in safe, supportive therapeutic environments. I see clients in person & have two emotional support therapy dogs, Olive and Oscar. Whether it’s Grief and pain, anger and sadness, or reprocessing past traumas with EMDR therapy, I’m here to help and support your healing. I am Licensed (LPC), Nationally Certified, trained in EMDR, Splankna Spiritual Energy work, mindfulness of emotions in the body, and somatic processing. My trainings include: spirituality and therapy, how trauma is stored in the body, couples counseling.
