Thanks for being here. I support teens, young adults, and families navigating trauma, grief, postpartum challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and maternal mental health. I also work with parents, high school students, and young adults experiencing stress, identity questions, impulse control, ADHD, and overwhelm from screens or modern pressures. Many of the people I work with feel like they’ve been “holding everything together” while quietly falling through the cracks. If that sounds familiar—you’re in the right place.
