You’ve had to carry too much for too long—navigating trauma, identity, or systems that don’t see you clearly. You may be exhausted, disconnected, or craving space to just be. As a queer and trans therapist based in San Diego, I offer EMDR therapy and somatic approaches to help you heal from complex trauma and reconnect with your body and sense of self. I create a space where you don’t have to explain everything—where your culture, queerness, grief, and strength are welcomed. I work with LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC, femmes, and adult children of immigrants across California to help you reconnect with who you are beneath survival mode. I’m EMDR-trained with 7+ years of experience in LGBTQ+ mental health and trauma recovery. My work integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, and energy-based practices to support healing from complex PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and identity-related stress. I bring warmth, directness, and cultural grounding—not a blank slate, but a real person who’s with you.
