I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families working through anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, grief, and communication challenges. I began my journey in a therapeutic day school, where I discovered a passion for providing community mental health services. Over the past 5 years, I’ve served as a residential therapist, community outreach worker, and outpatient behavioral health provider in clinical settings.
