I care deeply about the relationship I establish with the people who come to see me in therapy. I work hard to provide clients with a safe and non-judgmental environment, in which they can feel comfortable being themselves. I know life can be difficult, but I truly believe that we all have the ability to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Knowing where to begin can be challenging , and that is what I am here for. I always work to meet clients where they are, and create a treatment plan based on their specific needs.
