The pressures of everyday life can leave us with a sense of inadequacy and loneliness, hindering our ability to live authentic, fulfilling lives. You might be feeling unmotivated, overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. Maybe you’re processing loss or looking for meaning. Each of our stories is unique, and feeling like an outsider can be an added challenge. This othering could be based on experiences of trauma, marginalized identities or not fitting into the expected boxes based on race, religion, sexuality, culture, or other factors. I’m here to create a safe, collaborative space for you to celebrate, grieve, explore and grow.
