As a therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I partner with you not only to acknowledge where those trauma responses, triggers, and tension remain in the body, but we also build on your body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal. Together we slow down and tend to the parts of you that are in need of attention, acceptance, and warmth. And in this nurturing space we build resilience and restore health, ease, and strength.
