I believe that every person has value and is meant to be on this earth. Most people saw the best in themselves and others when, at some point they were overcome with hurt, disappointment, or other life challenges. We were never meant to carry those burdens alone. I am here to offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you. I offer both in-office sessions and telehealth, and have partnered with Wild Hearts n Horses to offer equine-assisted therapy.
