I have been practicing for over 30 years with individual, couples, and families. Areas of specialization include life transitions, child, adolescent and adult psychotherapy, parent guidance, couple therapy, and EMDR therapy. Many people are surprised by the worries that can plague children. They are real and can derail them from joy and productivity as much as adults. As I have evolved as a clinician, I have come to believe that it is critical to use whatever modalities are necessary, within my areas of expertise to help my client, adult or child, to reach their optimal potential, and achieve their goals.
