A person’s journey is as unique as their fingerprint, and the therapeutic process is no different. I utilize an integrative approach with treatment modalities, varying based on the needs of the individual. My delivery leans on the relational side, as it supports authenticity and helps reduce the likelihood of sounding like an AI therapist bot. I will, however, still need to ask you how you feel at times. As an east coast transplant, I have lived in Kansas over fifteen years. Earning my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville, I am trained in EMDR, ERP, ICBT, CPT, and perinatal mental health. My areas of interest are anxiety, OCD, sports performance, and trauma.
