With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I have developed a number of skills to help my clients work through some of life's challenges. I work to meet my clients where they are while offering skills, insights, and support to help them achieve their goals. I have appreciated knowing how the brain works and that we can choose, if we wish, to modify approaches to experience different outcomes. When we are in our darkest moments, it can be reassuring to know you have someone there to support you through it. View 4 Photos My work often revolves around anxiety, trauma, OCD, and relationship conflict. I have advanced training in Exposure Response Prevention, considered a gold standard for treating OCD. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is an eye-movement approach, similar to but more efficient than EMDR, for treating trauma, grief, and other disorders.
