If you or your child are feeling overwhelmed or having a hard time expressing emotions, I offer a supportive space to explore what’s going on and build skills for growth and change. My work is guided by Narrative Therapy, helping clients separate who they are from the problems they face and re-author their stories in more empowering ways. I integrate play and creative, art-based activities to support expression when words are hard to find. With a trauma-informed background, I focus on creating a compassionate, safe environment where children and adolescents can build resilience, confidence, and find their voice.
