Together, we will work to tend to the places that feel stuck and are causing suffering. This is a process that introduces relationship, knowledge, skills, resources, new experiences, and regulation into our systems in order to open up more possibilities. It is a place to practice building trust and safety in relationship and within ourselves. It is a place to begin noticing, connecting the dots, and experimenting with what brings us into the life we want. It is a place to deepen our connection to ourselves, our bodies, others, and the life that is all around us. It is a place to embrace being fully human and fully alive. Relief comes when we are able to engage with curiosity and compassion. Change comes when we are able to make the unconscious conscious and move beyond our logical knowing into embodied experiences. Freedom comes when we are able to fully show up and be in the present moment.
