I know what it is like to live in a psychological prison, trying to "stay strong" while repeating the narrative "I'm ok!". You don't have to go on this journey alone. The common thread amongst all clientele is a desire for positive change. At times one may need a helping hand to guide them on their journey in a therapeutic, environment.
