I believe that the relationships we develop with significant people in our lives shape who we are, how we think about ourselves and how we act. I have a great deal of experience working with individuals and couples on a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, communication, birth of a baby, parenting and general couples discord. I strive to help individuals identify the way relationships are formed and maintained to improve the connections with self and others. My focus is to help build trust, work through anger and increase connections to form safe, securely functioning relationships. I encourage clients to ask questions in session and approach treatment as collaboration.
