I believe I can be a strong support and guide as my clients discover their inner resources to effect positive and lasting changes in their lives. I work with adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety and depression, as well as those adjusting to changes in their lives. I meet them wherever they are on their journeys and provide an empathic presence for them. I also work with those grieving the loss of a loved one and those grieving other losses in their lives. I have a strong background in client-centered and cognitive behavior therapies with the foundation of a trusting, therapeutic relationship.
