Or battling feelings of self doubt and curious how the past shapes our current experiences. Maybe you are a new parent or currently pregnant, overwhelmed with this tremendous life transition or the intensity of your emotions. Let's work together to find a hopeful path forward. I work collaboratively with adults (18+) to foster self-compassion and address the hard stuff that life throws our way. A strong relationship is the foundation for a positive experience in therapy, and I prioritize building safe, meaningful connections with my clients.
