I'm glad you found yourself here & you are taking time for yourself to seek wellness. This shows a commitment to yourself and your self-care. I have about 2 decades of experience working with disenfranchised, at-risk children and families and individuals ranging in age from zero to 100+ years old. I have worked with people coping with mental illness, the geriatric population, childhood trauma, adoption, loss and families in crisis. Currently, many are struggling. If you have survived trauma especially childhood trauma, it can be exhausting just getting through the day. I often work with families who are struggling & overwhelmed.
