I see children, teens and adults in my practice and host various self-awareness and improvement workshops throughout the year. In session, we deal with issues as serious as anxiety, depression, mental illness, addiction, and PTSD and as common as everyday stress and relationship issues. I was born and raised in South Louisiana and feel that I understand our unique cultural prospective on life and how to live it in the healthiest way. In addition, as a trained professional in Diversity Inclusion Equity and Belonging, I welcome individuals from all cultures, gender identity, sexual orientation, and faiths.
