Hello! I'm a child trauma therapist that works with adults and families to manage conflict and reduce stress. I practice using PCIT, EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, IFS, and I'm trained to treat juvenile sexual offenders. In addition, I work with creatives to help increase creativity and release blockages, and am able to consult with designers to incorporate trauma-informed design. My approach is highly validating, creative, motivating, and personal and I find the gold within each person.
