In working with clients, my goal is to create a safe, accepting, and comfortable environment, which is conducive to allow you to grow as an individual and live the best life you can. We will form a mutual desirable relationship and focus our sessions by establishing and setting goals, which we will continue to assess throughout the counseling process. I will listen and remain attentive to your thoughts and concerns. Special interests include counseling young adults, couples, those struggling with life changes, relationships, grieving the incarcerated, mental illness (depression, anxiety, trauma). I work with all people regardless of race, age, national origin, sex, gender, marital status, disability, religious, political affiliation or sexual orientation.
