I work with a variety of issues including depression and anxiety and I specialize in the challenges of grief & loss and low self-esteem. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on integrating psychology, mindfulness, and self-compassion practice in my work with clients. I enjoy helping people learn to have greater self-acceptance while letting go of shame and self-judgment. We will work together to overcome the barriers between you and your fullest potential.
