In person or virtual sessions weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays. Hi I am Angela. Life can be difficult and you are the expert of your life. I would like to help you thrive in therapy. I will work with you on setting and achieving your goals so you feel heard and validated. I work with adults and children struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship conflict. I can help families deal with: parent/child conflicts, performance problems, behavior problems, and any other problems of daily living. I am genuinely honored to have the opportunity to help you. I have experience with individuals and families dealing with being caregivers as well as grief. I can help you with the grief that comes from an obvious loss as well as those from planned or unplanned life transitions (death, marriage, divorce, loss of job or house, etc.). Sometimes we just need help finding ourselves again.
