My focus is to support individuals through healing by caring for the whole person, mind, body, and emotional well-being. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress (PTSD), and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. I provide care in both individual and group settings, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals.
