I work to create a space that is compassionate and safe, and we move at a pace that is comfortable to you. My approach is strength-based and looks to help you build confidence and resilience. I have over 12 years of experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and other difficult life situations.
