We all go through times in our lives when we find ourselves a little lost and simply need someone to help us find our way. I have been helping adolescents, adults and families find their way through challenging times since 1996. Primarily, I utilize a client centered approach that allows clients to be in charge of their therapy and decide what the course of treatment will be and what goals to focus on. I also encourage clients to find their motivation and passions in life that will empower them to continue growing beyond the time in counseling.
