As a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 7 years of social service experience, I understand the importance of assessing and treating a person holistically, being an active listener, and providing tangible feedback. I will remain diligent in my efforts to help you achieve your personal, social, spiritual, and/or vocational goals. I enjoy learning about the many layers which make you, YOU! I believe no one understands you better than yourself. I will encourage you to speak your truth and will consistently remind you that your voice matters. I specialize in treating teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, PTSD/trauma, stress/life transitions, limited self-esteem, and grief. I use various evidence-based treatment modalities, such as but not limited to: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT).
