Life can feel heavy when pain from the past keeps showing up in the present. I work with people who are carrying the weight of family trauma, PTSD, or anxiety and depression that feel hard to shake — even after trying to “just move on.” Together, we slow down, get curious, and begin to understand what your emotions are trying to tell you so you can heal at the root rather than just cope. I also work with couples navigating disconnection, conflict, or the aftermath of infidelity who want to rebuild trust and closeness. My goal is to help both partners feel seen, safe, and understood as you work toward deeper connection. I blend IFS, EMDR, and ACT to help you understand your emotions, heal from trauma, and live more mindfully. Together we’ll work toward balance, compassion, and lasting change.
