I help people of color who experienced trauma to feel worthy, connected and capable. Our sessions are a confidential and supportive space where we can examine thoughts, emotions, and experiences, via telephone or videochat. We can practice skills for connection, communication and meaning. We can explore creative ways to reconnect with yourself and others.
