I believe that everyone can heal with the support of therapy. My area of focus the last couple of years has been the treatment of substance use. I typically work with clients who struggle with substance use and are interested in reducing and stopping use. I feel most comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and substance use. I like clear, open communication. I think that when we can be open and honest with ourselves, we can learn the skills to express ourselves with others. I became a therapist because I wanted to help others like I was helped when I came out as queer.
