As a therapist with over a decade of experience in the field, it has been a privilege to witness an individual's ability to grow, heal, and transform themselves. Life can be overwhelming. It can take a toll on us in ways we could not imagine. It is my goal to assist you when there is hardship and to walk with you through the unexpected. In individual and couples therapy, I strive to create a safe space for all—where each person can express themself without fear of judgment, work to create deeper connections in their relationships, and reduce feelings of distress. I offer compassionate support to empower couples and individuals with lifelong tools and insight. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual struggles, the LGBTQ+ community, and relationship difficulties. I am an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, trained in providing trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, and the Gottman Method.
