As a Spanish Speaking Bilingual Couple and Family Therapist, I am passionate about assisting Families and Couples in building healthy connections to their community, families and partner(s). My goal is to facilitate effective communication, enhance understanding, and provide tools for resolving conflicts and improving overall relationship fulfillment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals and families can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop effective coping strategies. Additionally I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, fatigue, stress and ADHD to maintain and implement new skills and routines to enhance life satisfaction.
