I'm honored to sit with people, to listen to their stories, and help them learn more about themselves in a way that feels supportive and self-empowering. Focusing on individual and relationship issues, I utilize a trauma-informed, psychoanalytic and an emotionally-focused approach. I educate and encourage my clients in fostering emotional awareness, healing in trauma, and developing healthy, strength-based patterns. My role is to walk alongside others, and together we find the tools that support and guide them toward a life they choose.
