Do you ever feel stuck in waves of emotion or patterns of relating—like no matter what you do, you end up in the same kinds of spirals? Maybe other kinds of therapy haven’t touched the deeper layers, and you’ve noticed that talking about your feelings doesn’t bring the shift you long for. True change doesn’t come from figuring it all out in our heads. It comes from developing a compassionate relationship with ourselves. This is the work I do. For years I’ve walked alongside people as as they learn to listen inwardly, meet themselves with compassion, process old hurts, and find new ways of being with what feels difficult.
