As a potential client, it's important to share with you that I am a very open-minded and non-judgmental therapist who wants to help you explore the thoughts and feelings you do not easily share with the world. During my time in the mental health field, I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of clients of all ages and from diverse backgrounds through all different types of situations all while providing a compassionate and safe space for healing. I'm known for my empathy but I'm also not afraid to show some tough love and humor along the way. I'd love the opportunity to help you on your journey as well!
