Welcome, beautiful human! To say that life can get a bit wonky sometimes, is an understatement. I’ve been where you are & I know what a big step it is to venture into therapy. I don’t take it lightly when folks choose to invite me into what can sometimes be a vulnerable endeavor. The foundation of my work is to Be Present with clients. I am committed to empowering you, creating a safe affirming therapeutic space and sharing tools with you so that you may be better resourced out in the world- but YOU are the expert of your life. I am merely a facilitator.
