I provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling in a private home-office setting for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, integrating EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness to help clients process past experiences, manage current stressors, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Therapy is tailored to each individual, honoring their strengths, values, and personal goals. I provide walk and talk therapy also. View 5 Photos For clients who desire it, I offer faith-integrated counseling, incorporating spiritual beliefs and prayer into treatment in a respectful, client-led manner. Faith is never imposed and is included only when it supports the client’s healing and values. I do use essential oils at my practice for coping skills.
