I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the heart behind Roots & Refuge Center. This work is deeply personal to me. As someone who has walked with communities through displacement, grief, and healing, I created this space to honor our collective need for belonging, restoration, and meaning. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in clinical excellence and cultural humility. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic-based healing, Emotionally-Centered CBT (ECBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.
