Hello! As a trauma informed counselor for over 6 years, my passion is helping people of all backgrounds navigate their mental health challenges. I earned a Masters degree in Counseling from Lincoln Christian University while employed at a Fortune 500 company for over 28 years, and currently pursuing my doctoral degree. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR and I hold certifications in Anxiety and Trauma. I pride myself in staying up to date with the latest research and treatment options related to mental health. My goal is to provide my clients with the tools and strategies they need to achieve their personal goals.
