My ideal client is an individual, couple, or adolescent (14+) who is struggling with emotional or relational challenges and is motivated—or open—to creating positive change in their life. Issues: Anxiety, depression, identity issues, low self-esteem, social pressures, early sexual development & experiences, sexual dysfunction or dissatisfaction, low self-worth, or emotional regulation difficulties; communication breakdowns, intimacy issues, infidelity, lack of emotional connection, or differing sexual needs or expectations. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to express yourself to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I specialize in supporting adolescents (14+), individuals, and couples facing challenges related to sexual health, relationship dynamics, anxiety, and depression. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe space for healing, connection, and personal growth.
