Over the last 15 years, I have seen hundreds of patients and helped them through various issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar and borderline personality disorders, schizophrenia, psychosis, attention deficit disorder (with or without hyperactivity), and other mental illnesses. I use a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have worked with individuals, groups, and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. After witnessing a lack of options, I entered the mental health field and prioritized creating more access to these services.
