What does healing mean for you? I completely believe in the power of engaging your body and your mind in your healing journey, and of centering your own lived experience. I am a Board Certified Registered Art Therapist and focus my work on complex trauma. I am a level 2 graduate in Somatic Experiencing and am trained in EMDR. I integrate approaches from Internal Family Systems and Parts work and other approaches that support the untangling of generational, systemic and environmental trauma. Within all of this, I am committed to the deep work of decolonization and de-centering whiteness and finding a liberatory path to wellness.
