My greatest strength within the therapy world is trauma and crisis intervention. I'm trained in several evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help with common emotional stressors including, trauma, depression, and anxiety. However, I also believe in a wellness approach to treatment as we can never separate the "mind" from the body. I'm passionate about awareness and taking a pro-active approach to treatment that includes an integrated component in working with your healthcare team in order to create a treatment plan that is based on your goals with the support of your "team.
